Holding the Space

I’m ShastaRay.

I was born on Mt. Shasta, and raised with a deep connection to the Mountain.

My father was a true man of the Mountain.

He introduced me to the land, to the sweat lodge, cold water, breathwork, and plant medicine—not as ideas, but as lived experience.

Over time, my own path unfolded through healing, loss, rebuilding, and returning to myself.

This work didn’t come from training or certification.

It came from life.

From fire.

From breaking.

From remembering.

The Mountain has always been part of that journey.

This gathering isn’t something I’m leading or teaching.

It’s something I’m holding.

A space where women can come as they are—

without pressure, without performance.

I’ll tend the fire.

Hold the container.

And walk alongside you.

Everything else… will unfold.
