Important Notes & Boundaries

This is a shared, outdoor, community space on the Mountain.

The sweat lodge can be intense. You are always free to step out if needed.

Please listen to your body.

To maintain the integrity of the ceremony, we ask that participants enter and remain in the lodge unless necessary to leave.

Clothing is optional in the sweat lodge and during cold immersion.

This is not a space for intoxication.

Alcohol may be shared lightly after ceremony.

Only well-behaved, friendly dogs are welcome.

Dogs that bark, growl, or disrupt the space will need to be removed from the ceremony area.
