Daytime:

• Meditation
• Breathwork
• Yoga + Qi Gong
• Women’s circles
• Painting (canvas + body)
• Rest, connection, nature

Night:

• Fire circle
• Singing, drumming, chanting
• Dancing
• Sweat lodge
• Cold dip
• The Rhythm
• Each night deepens:
• Night One — Arrival
• Night Two — Release
• Full Moon — Expansion and celebration

You choose your level of participation.

Your body leads.

Organic Experience

This is not a structured retreat.

Participants are welcome to:

• share skills
• bring instruments
• offer food
• contribute organically

Everything is optional.

Plant Medicine

Plant medicine is a part of this gathering.

Cannabis may be present and is legal for adult use in California. Some women may choose to work with medicinal mushrooms as part of their personal journey. You are fully responsible for your own choices, your own body, and your own experience, including understanding and complying with local laws.

This space is rooted in presence, connection, and respect.

Nothing here is required. Everything is a personal choice. 

Cost:

• $50 per day
• $100 for all three days
